GUS Canada Launches Ontario Institute of Health and Innovation

GUS Canada is proud to announce the launch of the Ontario Institute of Health and Innovation (OIHI), a new post-secondary institution in Toronto that offers career-focused diploma and certificate programs in health care, education, and related fields.

As stated in their news release, Ehsan Safdari, President of GUS Canada, said, “GUS Canada is proud to introduce the Ontario Institute of Health and Innovation (OIHI), leveraging our expertise in education to address Ontario’s labour shortages in childcare and healthcare. With strong industry partnerships, OIHI is committed to delivering high-quality, in-demand programs that prepare students for the evolving needs of the domestic market while ensuring they receive a comprehensive, industry-relevant education.”

OIHI’s comprehensive programs are designed to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in health care, education, and other critical industries. Beginning with the January 2025 intake, OIHI will welcome students into programs like:

  • NACC Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Assistant (ECA)

OIHI will leverage GUS Canada’s extensive network and industry relationships and is committed to delivering focused, hands-on training that prepares students for meaningful careers.
